Cascade Care LLC has matured from its conception in 2001 to what it is today.
Lisa first offered breastfeeding support by postpartum home visits for mother/baby assessments and lactation consults. That has long been her area of passion and expertise. As Lisa totaled 15 years of breastfeeding her own babies including working full time, she moved through personal health challenges which expanded her commitment to women's wellness education. Spiritual disciplines including yoga and contemplation surround it all with meaning and intention.
